How coffee grams convert to tablespoons
Grams measure mass, while us tablespoons measure volume. To convert them, you need an estimate of the ground coffee’s bulk density. For this direction, divide the coffee weight by the grams held in one level volume measure.
Brewax uses medium-ground coffee as the default. The calculator and table both use the same measurement model; the displayed range reflects the low and high density values for the selected grind. Use a scale when precision matters.
